We believe that a solid foundation with your horse on the ground is directly linked to your ride in the saddle. We teach you to "think" like a horse and not a predator in order to connect, effectively to improve communication and overall relationship on the ground and in the saddle. We focus on: Equine basics of handling, self trailer loading, respect, trust, safety, confidence building & problem solving in all types of environments. We've trained all types of riders and there mounts within all types of disciplines.

Alexandra Duncan

From 2009 to 2013 Alex trained with some of the top coaches in Sweden and Holland,competed in Europe,taught and, as a goal for herself, successfully brought through to the Grand Prix level her Dutch Warmblood Gelding, Vitall, that she purchased as a 5 year old in Germany. Now residing in Wellington,Florida Alex is competing at the Grand Prix level as well as bringing forward and competing her young horses.She is a passionate teacher/coach and finds it enormously rewarding seeing her students light up with joy as they master movements and click with their horses. Winning her first dressage championship at age 6 Alex progressed to the NAJYRC Championships winning 2 gold medals,1 silver and the Fiona Bond Award of Excellence. Alex placed 4th in the world at the 2006 Young Rider World Championships in Germany

Brittni Raflowitz

ESI Show Jumpers is headed by Brittni Raflowitz with the intent to show sale horses and prepare them for the jumper ring.
Brittni is an up and coming young rider making her way into the Grand Prix scene. She has had a great junior career on multiple sales mounts and catch rides. Brittni has instilled confidence in many young horses who are now competing in top level jumper classes. As she takes the next step in her career, Brittni looks forward to the opportunity to work with new mounts.


Ruth Hogan-Poulsen

With a commitment to personalizing the dressage experience for each horse and rider, Vermont-based Ruth Hogan-Poulsen is making her mark on the US dressage scene.
In the early 90s, Ruth earned many of her earliest opportunities in the FEI ring by applying her individualized approach to “difficult” horses. Understanding the need to address the different learning processes of “problem” horses, Ruth also began to apply more dynamic training for riders as well.

Shannon Peters

Shannon  is a U.S. Dressage Federation Bronze, Silver and Gold Medalist, and three-time National Championship competitor: on Luxor in 2007 when the two were crowned Reserve National Champions Intermediare I; on Flor de Selva in 2009 when they took home 4th place in the Intermediare division; and on Akiko Yamazaki’s Odyssey in 2011 after winning the Grand Prix Special at Del Mar and Burbank CDI.

Candace Platz, DVM

In addition to being a veterinarian and Graduate of Cornell University, Dr. Platz is serious amateur dressage rider. She successfully competes as an Amateur Rider at the Grand Prix level. Her competition horse, Fynn, is a PMU rescue turned Grand Prix dressage horse. Candace also has a strong interest in equine nutrition, as she is always looking for better ways to support her horses' health. For her feed plan, she focuses on using whole foods to help her performance horses feel their best.

O'Dwyer Racing

O'Dwyer Racing has made a bright start to 2017 with its runners winning or hitting the board with 5 of 6 starts made by February 3rd.
Jerry O'Dwyer moved to the USA in 2010 and started working for Al Stall when he was preparing Blame to win the breeders cup classic and immediately fell in love with American racing. He has since worked for some of the best trainers and rode some of the best horses in America, Al Stall (Blame), Charlie Lopresti ( Wise Dan), Andrew Mckeever (Daisy Devine), Michael Matz (Union Rags), Bill Mott (Flat Out, Royal Delta),  absorbing knowledge and paying close attention to how each trainer handled and prepared there horses for the big days and everyday racing.

Heather Mehal

Heather Mehalhas recently relocated to Aberdeen, NC and is creating a training center to encourage excellence in Dressage and Eventing for riders of all levels. Heather is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist and is currently showing her FEI horse, Shall We Dance. She has OTTB’s that she trains and competes in Eventing and Dressage to further the awareness of this talented breed. She also enjoys helping her students conquer their fears and reach their goals.

Natalia Martin

Natalia Martin is originally from northern Virginia, but recently relocated her business to Palm City, Florida. Natalia is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist and international FEI Dressage Rider and Trainer. She has been riding since age 4 and horses have always been her passion.

Natalia enjoys helping other riders reach their goals and realize their potential. Additionally, she wants to encourage and improve programs that help disabled people enjoy the therapeutic benefits of horses and develop a relationship with these majestic creatures.

James Koford

Jim has distinguished himself as one of the few riders in the world that has competed at Rolex  and at the World Dressage Masters. In 2012 Jim's Grand Prix freestyle scores on Holly Shook's Pharaoh, gave him a berth as one of 2 North American riders for the World Cup. Sadly a minor injury to Pharaoh prevented the pair from competing at the finals. in 2013 he was Champion at the US Dressage Finals Open Grand Prix on Shirley McQuillen's Rhett.

Kate Poulin

Kate Poulin is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist.

She won two Gold medals at NAJYRC and is a 2007 Pan Am Gold medalist.


Jessica Lynn

Jessica is an equine nutritionist, she has been practicing homeopathy for 40 years, and is passionate about natural health for horses, dogs and cats, as well as us humans.  The products she designs, manufacturers and offers are all natural, supportive and health enhancing. She is the owner and founder of Earth Song Ranch. Her vision for Earth Song Ranch has always been to be a resource and a source for alternative health products, natural (preventative) health and nutrition.

Ralph Kinder

Ralph Kinder is the owner and operator of Alliance Bloodstock. Based in Paris, KY, he is best known for his connection to Kentucky Derby winner Mine That Bird as well as grade II winner in her 3-year-old debut in the seven-furlong Forward Gal Stakes at Gulfstream Park, Birdatthewire. Ralph has always put emphasis on nutrition for both the horses in his care as well as himself and his family and that shows when you visit his farm.

Juliet Getty Ph.D.

Dr. Getty has been working with horse owners for more than 25 years. Charlie Jayne

Jayne and Chill RZ spent much of the late spring and summer competing outside of the United States earning top results. At the FEI Nations Cup at CSIO5* Spruce Meadows ‘Continental’ the pair were the only combination to jump double clear. In August, they jumped in the lead-off spot for the U.S. at CSIO5* Dublin’s FEI Nations presented by Longines again producing a double clear helping the United States to earn victory.Jayne made big news at the end of the 2015 winter circuits when he finished third on Chill R Z in the AIG $1 Million Grand Prix in Thermal, California and then one week later won the Great American $1 Million Grand Prix in Ocala, Florida. Jayne took the win on Chill R Z, clinching victory over the 46 entries which included Olympic and World Cup champions. Mark Bluman

Mark is a professional show jumping athlete currently supported by Stransky's Mission Farm and an ambassador of the Step by Step Foundation. Mark was born in Medellin, Colombia and started riding at the young age of three.

He has represented Colombia in five Nations Cups, finishing in the top three on two occasions in 2016.
He finished in third place in the CSI 5* $380,000 Fidelity Investments GP in Welligton in 2016 and was a double silver medalist in the Bolivarian Games in Lima, Peru in 2013.
